Welcome to (TTDA London) Training and Teaching Development Academy, UK.
An integrated course within the Diploma of Business Administration for all those interested in learning the field of effective leadership and how to skillfully lead a team and manage conflict within the work team. It is presented by the certified international trainer, Mazen Hasan, at the Development Center for Business Administration Training and Human Resources Development accredited by the British Academy for Training and Education TTDA Academy. The trainees learn how to develop effective strategies to manage the team and motivate its members and how to deal with the various challenges that the team may face through interactive lectures and discussions with the coach in the field of team management, after which a group of distinguished people will successfully graduate from the Development Center for Business Administration Training and Human Resources Development according to the standards of the British Academy for Training and Education TTDA Academy.
