Based on social responsibility, the Training Development Center offers its continuous support to young graduates, and within the free development grant, a free workshop entitled "Sales and Customer Service Skills" presented by the certified international trainer, Thawra Alnaesan, as an introductory workshop on the basics of marketing and selling in general over a period of 3 training hours on Wednesday 12 /7/2023 It is specially designed to qualify those wishing to work in marketing and customer service to provide them with the most important skills they need in this field, in addition to training them on how to deal with different personalities of customers within the following training axes:
- Marketing entrance for the seller.
- Sales stages.
- Customer Service.
