Set a new mentality to welcome the new year and achieve the goals.. Thus, the regional representative of the British Academy for Training and Education, the international trainer, Hiba Al-Ageli, started her special session on 1/1/2023.. in which she talked about 7 basic points to achieve the goals. During which a group of distinguished trainees trained in an exceptional workshop entitled "Restart 2023" on how to reconcile with the unknown, live life in a dose of balance, how to use the word “will pass”, and achieve balance in all aspects of life without being in a state of emergency, and when you must care and when you should not care,and that the slow way is not wrong, and be grateful for what you have before you want more.
