Free Tatweer Center Initiative - Free training workshop entitled “Customer Service Management”

As part of the free initiative of the Training Development Center accredited by the British Academy for Training and Education (TTDA Academy), and in cooperation with the Sons of Martyrs Association, Coach Ali Othman presented a free training workshop entitled “Customer Service Management” for a group of volunteers from the Sons of Martyrs Association, in which he focused on the importance of customer service and the importance of possessing the skill of rapport. And trust between customers and how to determine the needs and requirements of any customer.
